Usability (UX) research for a financial services company

Executed a detailed usability study in UAE for a pioneering digital banking app. Through in-depth interviews with diverse user groups including professionals and working mothers, we identified key UX improvements for region-first features like automated payments and child accounts, leading to significant prototype enhancements.
